How do I track my order?
Once your order is packaged and ready to be shipped, your order will be updated with a tracking number and estimated delivery date. You can follow your items progress via USPS.com
What are your delivery options?
Standard delivery for most items, flat rate is offered depending upon the size of items. Free Shipping for orders over $100, shipped via ground delivery. Purchase is shipped within 2-3 business days.
How do I return an item?
Returns and exchanges are shipped back at customers expense within 14 days of purchase, unless the order received free shipping in which case a shipping label will be provided.
How can I contact your couriers?
Reach out anytime online at USPS.com. If your item happens to be shipped by a different courier your order will have your specific tracking and contact instructions.
Do you provide International delivery?
Currently only shipping in US and Canada.
What is your returns policy?
We are happy to assist you with any returns or exchanges. Exchanges are preferred, and only accepted within 14 days or purchase date. Returns are given with special consideration, i.e. fit, malfunction, but are given on a case by case basis.
